oh man I swear. No more non vegan snacks. I really want to eliminate daily sugar. Last week I bought a pint of soydiloushus and I ATE IT ALL IN ONE SITTING. I definately think my even more increased appettite is from exercise. It's like the more I do the more hungry I get and I can't ignore it.Oh right...

Exercise: none really. Just took my dog to the dog park and I ran around a little.
Hey hello. My name (for now) is Chris. I'm transgender, vegan, and trying to lose weight. I wanted a blog to record the progress in my transition from female to male and also a weightloss blog, and just figured that they go together since they both invlove changing my body. So far I'm only out to my livejournal friends (lame) and my therapist. I've started buying guys clothes without being scared and I cut my hair short. Well it was already short...but I cut it shorter. As far as weightloss goes I've been swimming...er more like playing in the water since mid April. I've been excercising in the gym for about a month about three times a week for an hour-doing 25-30 minutes cardio and 30-40 minutes circut traing. I feel pretty great physically. I feel stronger and more fit. I can run for a little bit without running out of breathe and without it being a struggle. I've been trying to eat healthy but have been snacking bad [on non vegan things.], which has made me even heavier than before. But I think if I can keep track of my food and be held accountable I can reach my goals. Oh yeah my goals! I want to lose 40-50 pounds in the next year and a half. I also want to start taking testosterone by the end of the year and get my breasts removed within 2 years. So here's cheers to that.

Right now I don't have anything to messure myself with but I'm 5'6" ish and I weigh 254 lbs (note: AH!)
